New Enhancement Plan Opportunity Report

Have you had a chance to check out some of our newly released tools that launched in November? We have published a great tool in regards to managing your pipeline for Enhancement Plan Opportunities!

The new partner Enhancement Plan Opportunity Report enables you to view, from within PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC), all of your enhancement plan opportunities due for renewal and identify the level of the risk of each renewal for Operations and members of the field.

The new report will enable you to:

  • View all of your enhancement plan opportunities coming up for renewal in the next 90 days
  • Identify the level of risk you foresee for each renewal so Microsoft can provide proactive assistance to help you get the deal closed
  • Drive awareness for Microsoft into expected Pipeline data for accurate reporting
  • Show you total revenue, committed revenue and opportunity at risk in a quick glance, as well as the ability to see upcoming opportunities, committed opportunities and lapsed customers
  • Manage your pipeline for upcoming opportunities
  • Save time with increased automation
  • Retain and grow your customer base
  • Increase revenue by targeting, in advance, renewals at risk
  • Deploy resources efficiently when and where needed

This is a great tool to use internally to see what you have remaining and to show the impact that it has on your business.
