It’s that time again
With year-end just around the corner, finance and accounting teams are beginning to shift their thoughts to year-end close timing and procedures. Microsoft Dynamics GP customers will need the Dynamics GP W-2 Wage Tax Statement Data Source Guide below.
In preparation for your pending W-2’s we wanted to share this Data Source Guide which describes each box on the W-2 (A–F and 1–20). This document also explains where information in the Year-End Wage file comes from within your Microsoft Dynamics GP back office application. Refer to this information if you have questions about the amounts appearing on your Year-End Employee Wage Report or your W-2 statements.
We recommend that you print the Year-End Wage Report first to verify the information before you print the W-2 statements.
