The Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Configuration Diagnostic has been created to help you diagnose issues that you may experience when connecting the CRM Outlook client add-in to your CRM Online organization. If you encounter an error using the configuration wizard, shown below, this diagnostic is designed to help.

This diagnostic performs several checks for known issues and will continue to be enhanced on a regular basis.
How to run this diagnostic
On the computer that is experiencing the connection issue, sign in as the user encountering the problem and access the diagnostic via the following URL:
Then click Next to begin running the diagnostic.

After running the diagnostic, you should see the Issues tab selected which will surface any potential issues that were identified. For each issue identified, you can select the result and then click Help me fix this issue within the Actions section:

You can click All results to view all the diagnostic checks that were run including those that passed:

If the diagnostic was not able to help you resolve your issue and you need to open a support case, the Support Engineer will have the ability to view the results and help you resolve the issue faster.
Important Things to Know
This diagnostic is built on the same diagnostic platform used by other Office 365 services such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Office. Because this diagnostic platform is online focused, this diagnostic can only be run as a user with a Microsoft work or school account.
